CDExpress.com introduces the affiliate program!
We are happy to announce that we can offer you and your website the option
for having an affiliate programming
running to the CDExpress site:
Your link or running a searchwindow from your site will pay out commission
on sales routed to CDexpress.com - once a client
has been routed to our site and made an order, which has been paid for,
a salescommission will be paid. As most interesting feature
we'll mark this customer as 'yours' - meaning follow up orders will pay out
the commision again - no matter which way this followup
order is being routed to us.
How to become a CD Express affiliate
It is easy the become an affiliate, just send an email to the sales department
sales@cdexpress.com of CD express
with at least the following details;
- Your company name (if applicable)
- Your name
- Your email addres
- Your post address
- How you would like to be paid (paypal, credit on CD express, bank,
etc)
You will receive an affiliate number (a.k.a. aff code) which will have to
be send with every link you make to the CD Express website.
Example: simple link
Let assume our affiliate number is 6812, then the most simple HTML link would
be
<a href="http://www.cdexpress.com/start.php?aff=6812"> Buy
at CD Express </a>
This link will bring the visitor to the homepage of www.cdexpress.com

Getting commission
The commission is calculated once a month and according to the following
rules;
- Commission is calculated in euro's
- Commission is a percentage of the article euro price
- Commission is only paid over the articles which are actually shipped to
the customer
- Commission is calculated 1 month after the article is shipped
- Commission is calculated exclusive TAX (prices on the website have TAX
included)
The commission percentage is appointed by the CD express sales department
on a case to case bases.
For payment of commission to the affiliate the commission must exceed the
amount of 25 euro.
When de commission is lower than 25 euro, the commission is kept until it
exceeds the 25 euro.
The only exception that when an affiliate doesn't earn more than 25 euro
in a year the commission expires and will not be paid to the affiliate.
If CD Express needs to make bank transfer costs then these costs will be
subtracted from the commission.
The preferred way for commission payment to non-Dutch affiliates is Paypal.
The affiliates will monthly receive an email with calculation of the commission
together with a survey on each title sold.
